How are the coaching sessions conducted?
All sessions are virtual and one-on-one via Zoom. Each is fully customized and aligned with the 7-stage structure of the program. You’ll get flexibility and consistency.
What if I can't make all the scheduled sessions?
Life is unpredictable — and we plan for that. Sessions must be completed within 3 months, but you’ll have full flexibility to reschedule with 24-hour notice.

My life has included some of the “big 7” transitions — moving countries, raising children solo, restarting my career, learning a new language, and redefining success for myself.
